The second edition of the Tunisie Challenge ended on the island of Djerba having amply fulfilled expectations and consolidated an exciting, spectacular and very demanding event. It has been a tough adventure, but after five long and arduous stages the general consensus among participants was a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment.<\/h2>\n

With the support of the Tunisian Automobile Federation and the National Tourist Office, whose representatives joined us for the start of the event on Hammamet beach, the route’s difficulty increased as the days went by, especially for the third stage, which ended in Mos Espa, and the fourth, in Ksar Ghilane, although the teams couldn’t really lower their guard until the finishing line.<\/p>\n

The excellent weather we have enjoyed in this second edition has meant slightly less taxing conditions for the teams than in the Spring, although the abundance of sand and dunes has been maintained in each of the categories. The Tunisie Challenge Winter 2022 has once again been a great experience for everyone.<\/p>\n

The event has improved in many aspects compared to the first edition, but there is still room for improvement and our aim is still to push the boundaries in terms of adventure, sand and excitement in the immensity of the Grand Erg Oriental dunes.<\/p>\n
