Reconnaissance for the sixth edition of the Tunisie Challenge, which will take place from 7 to 16 October, will begin at the end of May.

In the coming weeks, we will verify the route details on the ground in order to guarantee a unique experience. After presenting the main outlines of the 2026 edition, we will travel to Tunisia to check the condition of the planned itinerary and validate the updated points, with the aim of defining each stage of the rally.

The city of Tunis will host the administrative and technical scrutineering for the second consecutive year. As a key new feature, the first stage will start on the island of Djerba, a location that in previous editions had been the finish point. This means that the caravan will enter the desert from day one, setting the tone for an edition where sand and dunes will play a leading role.

The route will reach one of the southernmost areas of the country, heading south near the Borma region. At the end of the first stage, the bivouac will be set up at Zmela Camp. The core of the rally will consist of two consecutive dune stages in the Grand Erg Oriental, with stage finishes in Douz on the third and fourth days.

The rally will feature different levels of difficulty, adapted to the experience and type of vehicle of the participants. The event will conclude with a brand-new sixth stage finishing in Mos Espa, the well-known Star Wars filming location near Tozeur. It will be a waypoint navigation stage that will bring the event to a close, before the prize-giving ceremony.

Through our social media channels, the official website (www.tunisiechallenge.com) and the official App, we will keep all participants informed of the latest updates. Full details regarding registration are also available on the website.
